Lately, I’ve been watching the world scroll itself to sleep.

Everywhere I look, people are chasing voices that last fifteen seconds — quotes that sound deep but vanish the moment the next soundbite drops. They call it motivation, but it’s not feeding their minds, it’s numbing their souls.

I’m not judging — I get it. We all crave connection, something that makes us feel seen. But what’s happening now isn’t connection… it’s constant consumption. Our attention spans are being rewired, our creativity thinned out. And as a creator, that hurts to witness. Because I know — reading is the seed of creation.

When you read, your imagination works. Your spirit has to meet the words halfway. Reading opens a dialogue with your higher self, something no algorithm can replace. It’s not passive — it’s participation with truth.

But we’ve traded reflection for reaction. People say they want to evolve, yet they skip the very thing that makes them evolve — stillness. Nobody wants to sit in silence anymore, to let a line echo inside long enough to transform them.

I’m tired of hearing the same recycled quotes in new voices, tired of seeing wisdom turned into content instead of change. Because real transformation doesn’t come from scrolling — it comes from stopping. From reading. From remembering that your own thoughts still matter.
