• Make a cup of herbal tea (ginger, mint, or chamomile).

• Hold a crystal that feels alive in your hand — maybe black tourmaline for grounding or clear quartz for light.

• Sit somewhere still. No phone. No playlist. Just you and your breath.

Listen for what your soul has been trying to say beneath the noise.
